# 8 - Flaming

> **O que é:** o termo “flame” está diretamente ligado ao uso de discurso de ódio contra outros jogadores, em diferentes formas, como ofensas (diretas ou indiretas), acusações, xingamentos e atitudes semelhantes.

> Também se enquadra como flaming qualquer manifestação de ódio direcionada à cidade ou à administração, independentemente do meio em que ocorra, incluindo lives, chats, redes sociais ou dentro do próprio jogo.

<mark style="color:red;">**Exemplo de desrespeito à regra:**</mark> Xingar, reclamar e/ou acusar a Administração da Metrópole de forma pública ou privada, seja por áudio ou texto. É necessário apresentar evidências.

<mark style="color:green;">**Exemplo de respeito à regra:**</mark> Após um streamer ofender outro ao vivo envolvendo o nome da Metrópole ou alegar falta de justiça em uma decisão, o ofendido reúne provas e as encaminha para a Administração, para que as medidas cabíveis sejam tomadas. É necessário apresentar evidências.
